Program description. TLI Cue Worx LLC, doing business as Marc Lomas Custom Cues, sends text messages for customer service, order and repair status, scheduling, and responses to inquiries you initiate.
Opt-in. You opt in by providing your mobile number through the chat widget on mlcues.com, by replying to a message from us, or by providing it to us directly by phone, email, or in person, and agreeing to receive text messages. We do not send messages to anyone who has not opted in.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further.
